Planned, managed and conducted congressional outreach, lobbying, marketing and educational activities concerning aviation security issues and an aviation software company's suite of transportation related resource management products, and directed and coordinated grassroots and media strategies.

5. For a military naval technical information management system; performed and monitored program management for the process analysis, data analysis, feasibility report production, system concept development. This enabled the engineering department to proceed with incremental implementation of an automated system, resulted in selection of client as the implementation contractor. In that follow-on production phase, we further managed resource selection, program progress, reports, and agency briefings and authored, maintained and presented the system documentation.
