An excellent example of AN, Ltd. capabilities in management, design, implementation and operation are the Real Estate Automated Service Associates, LLC (REASA) commercial and consumer e-commerce sites.

In the REASA projects, site architecture, data design, off line data management and documentation were by AN, Ltd.; graphics and coding by team resource(s). The data system uses econometric modeling to compute values of residential real property. Property characteristic data is processed off line to create a database of property values. This site accepts user queries, combs some 15 million fielded data elements, and produces an on line report on the queried property, normally within 3 to 5 seconds. All data design, system implementation and site deployment were accomplished for less than ten percent of the lowest other quote (all big Systems Houses), and in under one quarter the time of the fastest other quote. The system is scalable, efficient and comprehensive.
